Abstract

MéTODO E DISPOSITIVOS PARA O PROCESSAMENTO CONTìNUO DE MATéRIAS-PRIMAS RENOVáVEIS, onde, por meio da hidrólise de pressão contínua do material linho-celulósico e subseqüente hidrólise enzimática de resíduos não-hidrolisados sólidos é obtida glicose, à qual são adicionadas matérias-primas de amido e tudo isso é submetido à clivagem amilolítica e fermentação espirituosa. Etanol, furfural, ácido acético e lignina são obtidos. O dispositivo, que compreenda a unidade de preenchimento, hidrolisadores, expansores, destilação e colunas de retificação, é representado na unidade de enchimento de pressão contínua de rosca (13) consiste de segmentos formados pelo corpo (94) com roscas transportadoras de rosca única (86) posicionado na haste (85). Entre as roscas há no mínimo um anel de vapor (88), que se dilata de forma cónica na lateral de entrada da matéria-prima. No preenchedor de passagem (93) com a parte de redução que leva para o primeiro hidrolisador (22), é alcançada uma pressão idêntica ao do primeiro hidrolisador (22). O último hidrolisador (24) é conectado ao da primeira coluna de retificação (43) para furfural e à seção da hidrólise de enzima celulolítica, clivagem e fermentação de etanol.
