Abstract

MéTODO E SISTEMA AUTOMáTICOS PARA CONFIGURAçãO DE OBJETO. Trata-se de um sistema (106) e método automáticos que são proporcionados para configurar um objeto (por exemplo, um ambiente) de acordo com uma configuração de modalidade preferida que é facilitada através do uso da funcionalidade de colocação em camadas e de inferências baseadas em quadro para avaliar conhecimento armazenado de atributos de objeto (108). As inferências baseadas em quadro podem ser suplementadas por um sistema de inferência baseado em regras. De acordo com uma modalidade preferida da invenção, uma interface com o usuário, baseada em elementos gráficos (100, 102), pode ser utilizada para permitir a configuração interativa utilizando modelos bidimensionais e tridimensionais do objeto, e incorporando especificações de engenharia bem como atributos funcionais e físicos.
