Abstract

MéTODO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAçãO PNEUS Um ou mais componentes de material de elastómero em um pneu são formados dispensando material de elastómero por um bico (20) de uma extrusora (16) para formar um elemento alongado continuo (17) de seção plana que é assentado na forma de espiras (25) dispostas próximas umas das outras em uma superficie de assentamento (15a) sustentada por um elemento de suporte (15), enquanto o dito elemento de suporte é acionado em rotação e devidamente movimentado adjacente a uma matriz (21) do bico (20). O bico (20) pode ser posto em rotação por meio de um atuador (28) para modificar, de acordo com um programa pré-estabelecido, a orientação do próprio bico durante a formação do componente do pneu.
