Abstract

FERRO BRANCO DE ELEVADO TEOR DE CROMO RESISTENTE AO DESGASTE, MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA CORRIDA DE FERRO BRANCO DE ELEVADO TEOR DE CROMO RESISTENTE AO DESGASTE, MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DE RECOBRIMENTO SUPERFICIAL MEDIANTE SOLDAGEM à RESISTêNCIA DE FERRO BRANCO DE ELEVADO TEOR DE CROMO RESISTENTE AO DESGASTE Trata-se de um ferro branco de elevado teor de cromo resistente ao desgaste, em uma condição não-tratada a quente, que tem uma microestrutura que compreende substancialmente austenita e carbonetos de M7C3. O ferro branco contém pelo menos um promotor de martensita e pelo menos um estabilizante de austenita que estão presentes nos níveis respectivos para obter um equilíbrio entre os seus efeitos, por meio do que o ferro branco é substancialmente livre de fissuras. O ferro branco pode ser tal como fundido ou compreende um recobrimento superficial mediante soldagem à resistência bem depositado.
