Abstract

CAVILHA INTRAMEDULAR. A invenção diz respeito a uma cavilha intramedular (1) para a inserção no espaço medular do fêmur através do osso compacto lateral do grande trocanter, com uma porção proximal da cavilha e uma porção distal da cavilha adjacente e com furos (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) para parafusos ósseos em ambas as porções da cavilha, em que a porção proximal da cavilha apresenta pelo menos um furo (3, 4) oblíquo ao eixo longitudinal, de modo que possam ser introduzidos parafusos ósseos através dele na cabeça do fêmur ou possa ser introduzido um parafuso na direção anterógrada através do furo (2), em que a porção distal da cavilha é pelo menos parcialmente reta e a porção proximal da cavilha apresenta uma curvatura na direção lateral-posterior.
