Abstract
MéTODO PARA CONTROLAR UM PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE COMPONENTES DE UM PNEU PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO, E, APARELHO PARA DEPOSITAR PELO MENOS UM ELEMENTO ALONGADO SOBRE UM SUPORTE DE CONFORMAçAO EM UM PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE COMPONENTES DE UM PNEU PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO A invenção é relativa a um método para controlar um processo de fabricação de componentes de um pneu para rodas de veículo, no qual pelo menos um elemento alongado (3) alimentado por um elemento de dispensação (4, 5) é distribuído sobre um suporte de conformação (2) por meio de pelo menos um elemento de compressão (8) que atua sobre dito pelo menos um elemento alongado (3) ao longo de uma direção de compressão (P). O método compreende as etapas de detectar de maneira substancialmente contínua o valor de uma quantidade característica indicadora do deslocamento de dito pelo menos um elemento de compressão (8) ao longo de dita direção de compressão (P); comparar o valor detectado de dita quantidade característica com um valor limiar e gerar um sinal de aviso quando o valor detectado de dita quantidade característica excede dito valor limiar. Tal método de controle permite que a presença de possíveis anomalias de deposição sejam identificadas diretamente da etapa de deposição dos elementos alongados (3) sobre o suporte de conformação (2), de modo a assegurar níveis de qualidade mesmo mais elevados nos pneus fabricados através de processos contínuos.
