Abstract
PINO INTRAMEDULAR. A invenção se refere a um pino intramedular (1), especialmente para a tíbia, que compreende uma parte de extremidade proximal (2), uma parte de extremidade distal (3) adaptada para ser introduzida no espaço medular, e um eixo geométrico central (6). O dito pino intramedular tem: A) um comprimento total L que varia de 200 a 500 mm; B) uma primeira seção curvada (4) com um comprimento G~ 1~ = L, e um raio de curvatura R~ 1~; e C) uma segunda seção curvada (13) com um comprimento G~ 2~ = G~ 1~ e um raio de curvatura R~ 2~ < R~ 1~ que e disposto entre a parte de extremidade proximal (2) e a primeira seção curvada (4); e D) as tangentes nos dois pontos de extremidade de uma seção central compreendendo as duas seções curvadas (4;13) formam um ângulo gama total entre 9<198> e 12<198>.
