Abstract

"PNEU AGRìCOLA OU INDUSTRIAL COM COMPOSIçãO DE BORRACHA REFORçADA". A presente invenção é dirigida a um pneumático agrícola ou industrial, compreendendo um invólucro e uma banda de rodagem de borracha disposta radialmente externamente ao invólucro, a banda de rodagem tendo uma banda de rodagem interna e uma pluralidade de barras da banda de rodagem se projetando radialmente da banda de rodagem interna, o dito invólucro tendo pelo menos um componente, o dito componente compreendendo um cordão têxtil e uma composição de borracha em contato com o cordão têxtil, a composição de borracha compreendendo: 100 partes em peso de pelo menos um elastómero à base de dieno, incluindo de cerca de 75 a cerca de 15 partes em peso de polibutadieno e cerca de 25 a cerca de 85 partes em peso de pelo menos um elastómero à base de dieno selecionado do grupo consistindo de borracha de estireno - butadieno, poliisopreno sintético e poliisopreno natural; cerca de 0,1 a cerca de 8 partes em peso de pelo menos um acelerador, selecionado de benzotiazóis e ditiofos- fatos e exclusive de sulfenamidas; cerca de 1 a cerca de 15 partes em peso de pelo menos uma resina selecionada de resinas de fenol - formaldeído, resinas de hidrocarbonetos cíclicos alifáticos e resina de hidrocarboneto aromático; cerca de lo a cerca de 150 partes em peso de um enchimento selecionado do grupo consistindo de negro de fumo, sílica e enchimento de compósito de amido / plastificante; e cerca de 0,3 a cerca de 3 partes em peso de enxofre; em que cada barra tem uma largura em uma faixa de 2 cm a 10 cm, um comprimento em uma faixa de 2 cm a 60 cm e uma altura em uma faixa de 2 cm a 10 cm, e em que a banda de rodagem tem uma relação final-para-inicial em uma faixa de cerca de 15 a cerca de 40 por cento, medida em torno de toda a circunferência de 360<198> de um pneu normalmente inflado e sob carga normal em contato com uma superfície dura plana.
