Abstract

"SAL DE CITRATO DE CáLCIO SOLúVEL EM áGUA AMORFO, COMPOSIçãO LìQUIDA FORTIFICADA COM CáLCIO, MISTURA PARA BEBIDA EM Pó SOLúVEL, E, MéTODOS PARA PRODUZIR SAL DE CITRATO DE CáLCIO SOLúVEL EM áGUA AMORFO E PARA AUMENTAR A CAPTAçãO DE CáLCIO NA DIETA EM UM MAMìFERO". São proporcionados sais de citrato de cálcio solúveis em água, amorfos, possuindo uma razão molar de cálcio para citrato menor que 2,5:2, e misturas em pó para bebidas e composições líquidas fortificadas com esses sais de citrato de cálcio solúveis em água amorfos, como uma fonte de cálcio. As composições líquidas fortificadas com citrato de cálcio de acordo com esta invenção possuem dispersabilidade, solubilidade, aparência e estabilidade na armazenagem superiores. Essas composições líquidas são preparadas por métodos novos que proporcionam e conservam um caráter amorfo estável nos sais produto em pó, secos. A presente invenção está direcionada também a método para administrar essas composições líquidas fortificadas com citrato de cálcio para aumentar a captação de cálcio na dieta em indivíduos.
