Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE LANçA". Asas internas de lança dobráveis são afixadas a uma armação central de lança através de um balancim afixado a um cilindro hidráulico de retração pressurizado para curso completo e conectado com um acumulador. Quando uma asa colide com um objeto, a carga de impacto é transmitida através do cilindro dobrável e balancim para o interior do cilindro hidráulico de retração. Quando o cilindro se retrai para permitir que a asa pivote, pressão se acumula no sistema em três estágios. Primeiramente a pressão se acumula ao longo de uma curva de pressão de acumulador até uma válvula de escape no sistema hidráulico se ativar para iniciar o segundo estágio em que o óleo é descarregado através da válvula de escape. A seguir a pressão é mais uma vez permitida a se acumular ao longo da mesma curva de acumulador para absorver o impacto hidraulicamente antes do cilindro completar o seu curso. O acúmulo de pressão em estágios previne que a lança adquira momento e que as cargas aumentem acima da resistência da estrutura total.
