Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA FINS DE DETERMINAçãO DE ERROS DE UNIFORMIDADE EM BANDA E PARTICULARMENTE BANDA DE AçO E METAL E AINDA UM ROLO DE MEDIçãO DE UNIFORMIDADE DE SUPERFìCIE". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo e um rolo de medição de uniformidade de superfície com a finalidade de determinação de erros de medição de uniformidade de superfície em uma banda de aço e metal, que compreende pelo menos um cabeçote de medição que tem cabeçotes de medição de parte cujos cabeçotes de medição de parte são integrados respectivamente deslocados 180<198> no anel de suporte de rolo e suportados em dois transmissores de força e são ainda separados do anel de suporte de rolo por meio de um espaço de movimento circunferencial e são presos com braçadeiras um com respeito ao outro por meio de pelo menos um tirante, onde no decorrer de uma medição de distribuição de tensão de tração de banda por toda a largura de banda, a banda, cuja banda é submetida à tensão por toda a sua largura de banda, é envolvida em torno do rolo de medição de uniformidade de superfície com um arco predeterminado de contato e, desse modo, exerce forças de pressão sobre o rolo de medição de uniformidade de superfície a partir do que as forças de pressão podem ser determinadas e a distribuição de tensão de banda.
