"PROCESSOS PARA A CONVERSãO DE ALCANOS A SEUS éSTERES CORRESPONDENTES DE áCIDOS CARBOXìLICOS INSATURADOS, PARA A CONVERSãO DE UM ALCANO A SEUS PRODUTOS CORRESPONDENTES E PARA A PRODUçãO DE áCIDOS CARBOXìLICOS INSATURADOS OU NITRILAS INSATURADAS". São expostos catalisadores de óxido metálico modificados, que possuem diferentes propriedades químicas, físicas e catalíticas, quando usados para conversões catalíticas de compostos à base de carbono, quando comparados a catalisadores de óxido metálico não- modificados correspondentes. São descritos métodos para preparar os catalisadores modificados e sua utilidade no processo catalítico. Alquenos, ácidos carboxílicos saturados insaturados, ácidos carboxílicos saturados e seus análogos superiores são preparados diretamente a partir dos correspondentes alcanos, alquenos ou alcanos e alquenos usando um ou mais catalisadores de óxido metálico modificados.
