Abstract

"PNEU COM CAMADA DE AMORTECIMENTO DE CARCAçA DETECTáVEL E SEU USO PARA FACILITAR RECAUCHUTAGEM DE CARCAçA DE PNEU". Esta invenção se refere a um pneu recauchutável, que contém uma camada de amortecimento de carcaça de borracha de cor diferente de preta, ensanduichada entre a sua banda de rodagem do pneu e o invólucro do pneu. A camada de amortecimento de carcaça de borracha de cor diferente de preta age tanto como uma camada adesiva quanto uma camada de transição, para aderir uma banda de rodagem de pneu não vulcanizada à carcaça do pneu vulcanizada. Essa camada de amortecimento da carcaça também age como um indicador de cor detectável, para indicar e monitorar uma remoção completa (por exemplo, por raspagem, abrasão ou corte) da banda de rodagem do pneu de borracha circunferencial e remoção parcial da camada de amortecimento da carcaça, sem remoção de toda a camada de amortecimento da carcaça. A invenção também se refere a um processo de recauchutagem de uma carcaça de pneu de borracha vulcanizada, por remoção completa de uma banda de rodagem de pneu de borracha reforçada com negro de fumo (e, para esse fim, de uma cor preta) , juntamente com a remoção parcial da camada de amortecimento de borracha vulcanizada de cor contrastante, a uma profundidade indicada e/ou determinada por um meio, ou aparelho, de sensibilização de cor de camada de amortecimento de borracha automático, seguida por aplicação de uma camada de amortecimento de carcaça de borracha circunferencial não vulcanizada de cor diferente de preta e de uma banda de rodagem de pneu reforçada com negro de fumo (portanto, de cor preta) sobre ela, para formar um conjunto delas, e vulcanizar o conjunto em um molde adequado para formar um pneu recauchutado.
