"DISPOSITIVO DE CONTROLE E SEGURANçA QUE REGISTRA A CARGA E A COBRANçA ELETRÈNICA DE TARIFAS COM RESPEITO A UM CARTãO DE PROXIMIDADE COM UM MONTANTE DETERMINADO EM UM SISTEMA DE TRANSPORTE DE PASSAGEIROS, SISTEMA PARA GRAVAR A CARGA E COBRANçA ELETRÈNICA DE TARIFAS EM UM SISTEMA DE TRANSPORTE DE PASSAGEIROS E DISPOSITIVO DE CONTROLE PARA GRAVAR A CARGA E A COBRANçA ELETRÈNICA DE TARIFAS EM UM SISTEMA DE TRANSPORTE DE PASSAGEIROS". A presente invenção é um sistema incluindo um cartão; uma antena para ler e escrever informação sobre o cartão, preferivelmente uma antena Mifare; um processador conectado à antena que é completamente independente do validador ou processador de POS; o validador ou processador de POS; e um ou mais módulos de armazenamento SAM que contêm as tabelas, chaves de acesso e outra informação sensível. O módulo SAM também é controlado pelo administrador de sistema que permite chaves dinâmicas e diversificadas para garantir a segurança e veracidade da informação que é transmitida. O sistema é capaz de ser programado independentemente do processador de POS. Os dados sensíveis podem ser retidos completamente dos provedores da antena e tecnologia de processador POS. Adicionalmente, como cada antena tem seu próprio processador, pode trabalhar em linha e fora de linha. O processador também tem uma memória EEPROM não volátil para armazenamento da informação, mas armazena as chaves de acesso em memória volátil de forma que perda de energia vai apagar as chaves de acesso da memória de processador, só os deixando na memória de módulo de armazenamento. Todas estas características restringem acesso a informação de sistema sensível e garantem aquela informação contra os fornecedores externos.
