Abstract

Método para a remoção de barras rosqueadas. Em uma forma de realização da invenção, é descrito um método para a remoção de um conjunto de barra rosqueada e anel de trava por chaveta (8) compreendendo uma porção do anel de trava por chaveta (14) e uma barra (10), de furo rosqueado (32) de um componente de um motor de turbina a gás. O método compreende formar uma tacha de solda na porção do anel de trava por chaveta (14) do conjunto de barra rosqueada e anel de trava por chaveta (8). O método também compreende soldar um extrator (17) na tacha de solda: fixar um puxador (25) ao extrator (17) soldado na tacha de solda: e remover a porção do anel de trava por chaveta (14), através de uma força aplicada ao puxador (25), sendo que a barra (10) permanece no furo rosqueado (32). O método ainda compreende montar duas porcas (28) na barra (10). Vantajosamente, a barra (10) pode ser removida empregando uma chave de boca (30) ou outra ferramenta apropriada sem danificar o furo rosqueado (32) do componente do motor de turbina a gás.
