"VEìCULO, EM PARTICULAR UM VEìCULO COMERCIAL, COM UM ASSENTO FRONTAL DE PASSAGEIRO ARTICULADO". Onde um veículo (1), em particular um veículo comercial, define um compartimento de carga (2), e um compartimento de passageiro (3) alojando um assento do motorista (7) e ao menos um assento frontal do passageiro (8); o assento frontal do passageiro (8) tem uma porção (25) para que alguém nela possa sentar-se e um encosto (26), e é móvel entre uma configuração levantada definindo um local para passageiro e uma configuração dobrada onde o compartimento de carga (2) é estendido para substituir o local de passageiro; o veículo (1) tem uma divisão (11) ao menos parcialmente separando o compartimento de carga (2) do compartimento para passageiro (3), e o qual tem uma primeira parede móvel (16) entre o compartimento de carga (2) e o assento frontal para passageiro (8); e o encosto (26), a porção (25) de assento, e a primeira parede (16) estão articulados para moverem-se simultaneamente entre as configurações levantada e dobrada em resposta à ação sobre qualquer um dos três.
