Abstract

"APERFEIçOAMENTO EM APARELHO PORTáTIL PARA AQUECIMENTO E BOMBEAMENTO DE PRODUTOS TERMOPLáSTICOS". Compreendendo uma combinação de partes estruturais de apoio e montagem de todos os conjuntos, de modo que os mesmos possam ser dispostos de acordo com um layout para que cada um deles ocupe uma posição termicamente isolada em relação ao outro, sendo que, para tanto, inicialmente é prevista uma plataforma de chapa retangular (1), cujas bordas laterais maiores são perpendicularmente dobradas para baixo (2), entre as quais são distribuidos pés de borracha (3), enquanto pela face superior a dita base distribui três conjuntos distintos, em que o primeiro é uma caixa posterior de montagem (4) da unidade (5) de aquecimento do produto termoplástico a ser fluidificado e bombeado para uma saída com a respectiva mangueira usual (6) e a sua pistola aplicadora usual (7), caixa (4) esta de base quadrangular e eleva-se verticalmente, ocupando praticamente toda a largura da base (1), porém, ocupa apenas aproximadamente 1/3 do seu comprimento, de modo que sobre a parte restante estão posicionadas outras duas caixas de montagem, uma inferior (8) e uma superior (9) que, apesar de estarem sobrepostas, são afastadas o suficiente para formar um espaçamento de ventilação (10) e, para tanto, são previstas colunas tubulares (11) e, ainda, pelas extremidades posteriores, ditas caixas (8-9) são espaçadas (12) em relação à caixa de montagem (4) cuja altura é praticamente igual em relação às caixas sobrepostas (8-9), como também a caixa inferior (8) aloja em seu interior o conjunto de acionamento motriz (13), formado por usual motor elétrico (14) e respectivo redutor (15), este último acoplado com uma bomba de engrenagens (16) que, por sua vez, está montada no interior da unidade de aquecimento (5), enquanto a caixa superior constitui alojamento isolado para componentes elétricos e eletrónicos usuais (17) devidamente interligados com os outros conjuntos elétrico e eletrónicos de um painel frontal de comando (18) de controle do conjunto.
