Abstract

"APARELHO COMPACTADOR DE ALGODãO, CONSTRUTOR DE MóDULO DE ALGODãO E MéTODO DE OPERAçãO DO CONSTRUTOR DE MóDULO E DE UM COMPACTADOR DE ALGODãO". Um aparelho e método para construir módulo de algodão utilizando um ou mais fusos em uma estrutura compactadora móvel para compactar algodão em uma câmara de compactação de algodão do construtor de módulo. O fuso ou fusos são giráveis para mover algodão acumulado em direções opostas nele, e são inclináveis por contato com algodão acumulado desigualmente na câmara. Uma posição ou posições do fuso ou fusos são detectadas para detectar inclinação do fuso ou fusos. Um controlador responsivamente controlavelmente opera o fuso ou fusos para mover algodão em contato com os mesmos em uma direção apropriada para reduzir a inclinação e distribuir mais uniformemente o algodão. O algodão pode então ser compactado em um módulo de algodão tendo dimensões desejadas.
