Abstract
"APERFEIçOAMENTO EM FORMA METáLICA PERDIDA PARA VIGAS E PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE VIGAS DE CONCRETO ARMADO". A invenção refere-se a aperfeiçoamento desenvolvido em fórma metálica perdida para a concretagem de vigas. A presente invenção também diz respeito a um processo de construção que emprega vigas de concreto armado com fórma metálica perdida. Um perfil metálico (1) é composto por uma aba vertical inferior (11) ligada a uma mesa (12), na qual está unida, ortogonalmente, a alma (13), que é seguida de uma aba horizontal (14). Os perfis (1) são ligados a um distanciador (2) pela aba inferior (11), através de elementos de fixação (3), formando o corpo inferior da viga. A primeira etapa da montagem da fórma da viga compreende o posicionamento dos perfis (1) nos lados opostos de um distanciador (2) pela aba inferior (11), através de elementos de fixação (3). A segunda etapa é de posicionamento da armadura sobre a mesa (12) dos perfis (1). Os estribos (4) podem ser fixados nos perfis (1) através de grampos (5), tornando o conjunto solidário na área de tração. A terceira etapa é a colocação de uma haste transversal (8) que trespassa as almas (13) dos perfis (1) e que destina-se a fixação posterior das chapas laterais (9) que definem a altura da viga. A quarta etapa é a concretagem (7) do corpo inferior da fórma. A quinta etapa é a fixação das chapas laterais (9) que definem a altura da viga. Uma segunda haste (8) mantém as chapas laterais (9) afastadas com a mesma distância das suas bases. A sexta etapa é o apoio das lajes (10) que formam o piso do pavimento sobre as chapas laterais (9). The invention relates to the improvement developed in lost metal formwork for beam forming. The present invention also relates to a construction process employing reinforced concrete beams with lost metal formwork. A metal profile (1) is composed of a lower vertical flap (11) connected to a table (12) to which the web (13) is orthogonally joined, which is followed by a horizontal flap (14). The profiles (1) are connected to a spacer (2) by the lower flap (11) through fasteners (3) forming the lower body of the beam. The first step of assembling the beam formwork comprises positioning the profiles (1) on opposite sides of a spacer (2) by the lower tab (11) by means of fastening elements (3). The second step is positioning the reinforcement on the table (12) of the profiles (1). The stirrups (4) can be fixed to the profiles (1) by means of clamps (5), making the assembly solid in the tensile area. The third step is the placement of a transverse rod (8) which pierces the webs (13) of the profiles (1) and which is intended for later fixing of the side plates (9) defining the height of the beam. The fourth step is the embodiment (7) of the lower body of the formwork. The fifth step is the fixing of the side plates (9) which define the height of the beam. A second rod (8) keeps the side plates (9) at the same distance from their bases. The sixth step is the support of the slabs (10) that form the floor of the floor over the side plates (9). Suitable vertical forms (20) define the pillars of the lower and upper floors.
