A invenção refere-se a aperfeiçoamento desenvolvido em fórma metálica perdida para a concretagem de vigas. A presente invenção também diz respeito a um processo de construção que emprega vigas de concreto armado com fórma metálica perdida. Um perfil metálico (1) é composto por uma aba vertical inferior (11) ligada a uma mesa (12), na qual está unida, ortogonalmente, a alma (13), que é seguida de uma aba horizontal (14). Os perfis (1) são ligados a um distanciador (2) pela aba inferior (11), através de elementos de fixação (3), formando o corpo inferior da viga. A primeira etapa da montagem da fórma da viga compreende o posicionamento dos perfis (1) nos lados opostos de um distanciador (2) pela aba inferior (11), através de elementos de fixação (3). A segunda etapa é de posicionamento da armadura sobre a mesa (12) dos perfis (1).
