A presente invenção proporciona um dispositivo de corte e um método associado ao mesmo para corte de uma ou mais linhas de controle no interior de um poço de tal forma que as extremidades cortadas da(s) uma ou mais linha(s) de controle não venham a interferir em subseq³entes operações de pescaria de ferramentas no interior do poço.
