Abstract

"JUNTA UNIVERSAL DE GRANDE âNGULO E ALTA VELOCIDADE". A presente invenção refere-se a uma junta universal que inclui um primeiro eixo dotado de um primeiro membro e de uma extremidade distal. Uma primeira junta de velocidade constante é fixada ao primeiro membro e inclui bolas esféricas para transmitir um torque motor. Um segundo eixo tem um segundo membro e uma extremidade distal. Uma segunda junta de velocidade constante é fixada ao segundo membro, que também inclui bolas esféricas de transmissão de torque motor. Um mecanismo centrador liga os primeiro e segundo membros e inclui um membro fêmea semi-esférico conectado à extremidade distal do primeiro eixo, e um membro macho tendo uma parte semi-esférica girantemente recebida pelo membro fêmea. O membro macho conecta-se ao segundo eixo utilizando uma junta deslizante e é axialmente deslocável em relação ao segundo eixo de tal maneira que o deslocamento da junta universal é igualmente divido entre os primeiro e segundo eixos.
