Abstract

"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UM CORPO BRUTO DE BROCA OU UM CORPO BRUTO DE FRESA". A presente invenção se refere a um método para fabricação de um corpo bruto de broca ou um corpo bruto de fresa através de extrusão, o dito método compreendendo a modelagem de uma primeira porção de corpo bruto (B1), que apresenta estrias externas que se estendem externamente de forma axial e a modelagem de uma adicional porção de corpo bruto (B3) no formato de um eixo. A invenção também se refere a um dispositivo para fabricação de um corpo bruto de broca ou um corpo bruto de fresa. O método de acordo com a invenção é caracterizado por: extrudar uma primeira porção de corpo bruto (B1) tendo uma extremidade livre e estrias externas; permitir que a extrusão continue a fornecer adicional massa de extrusão dentro de uma cavidade (6), o dito suprimento de massa de extrusão enchendo completamente as estrias externas da primeira porção de corpo bruto (B1), para produzir uma segunda porção de corpo bruto (B2) integral com a primeira porção de corpo bruto (B1); permitir que a extrusão continue para produzir uma desejada extensão da primeira porção de corpo bruto (B1); e cortar a primeira porção de corpo bruto (B1) na extremidade que se opõe à segunda porção do corpo bruto (B2).
