Abstract

"SISTEMA TRANSFORMADOR DE CINTAS PLANAS EM CANTONEIRAS PROTETORAS DE BORDOS". Patente de invenção que consiste em equipamento transformador e aplicador de cantoneiras para bordos caracterizado por realizar em uma só operação, autónomo ou acoplado a outro equipamento embalador ou não, a transformação das cintas e aplicação de cantoneiras protetoras de bordos das mais variadas espessuras que consiste em uma base (1) com duas colunas perpendiculares (2) onde estão instalados quatro mancais, sendo dois inferiores (4) e dois superiores (3), através dos quais se movimentam dois rolos (5) e (6) de tal forma a alimentar e conformar as cintas planas em cantoneiras protetoras de bordos, ajustados por manípulos reguláveis (8) conforme as características das cintas a serem transformadas em cantoneiras, operação ocorrida devido a um movimento sincronizado entre os dois eixos suportes dos rolos puxador (5) e conformador estriado ou liso (6), acionados por força motriz suficiente através de motoredutor (13), hidráulico ou outro, para puxar e ao mesmo tempo conformar através dos dentes (11) do disco cego (12) e do disco de formato trapeizodal (7) do rolo conformador.
