Abstract
"BALSAS DE RESGATE SUBMERSìVEIS, DE FLUTUAçãO REGULáVEL PARA EMERGêNCIAS MARINHAS". Se caracterizam por ter a capacidade de submergir e após posicionadas e amarrada debaixo do navio ou plataformas marinha em perigo, são reflutuadas empurrando em cima a embarcação a ser resgatada e substituindo assim a flutuação perdida por infiltração de água no casco da embarcação a ser resgatada. As balsas de resgate se apresentam em duas modalidades de construção (com ou sem energia própria) e podem ser usadas também para resgatar sem submergir, por método exposto na descrição da patente. As várias possibilidades de intervir, as combinações nas quais elas podem agir, junto com a tripulação treinada, lhe confere a capacidade de socorrer embarcações em perigo e impedir que as ditas embarcações afundem.
