Abstract

"FECHAMENTO COM EVIDêNCIA CONTRA VIOLAçãO COM CARACTERìSTICA DE NOVO FECHAMENTO". A presente invenção refere-se a um fechamento que pode ser novamente fechado para um recipiente, em que o fechamento que pode ser novamente fechado inclui uma faixa de evidência contra violação que provê uma superfície de empilhamento e um degrau de empilhamento para outro recipiente e que provê afastamento para uma cobertura em membrana, para vedar a abertura do recipiente. A faixa de evidência contra violação fica conectada a uma porção central do fechamento por meio de um membro de conexão fragilizado. A faixa de evidência contra violação engata uma borda de topo do recipiente para conectar o fechamento ao recipiente. Após a faixa ter sido removida da porção central e a cobertura em membrana ter sido removida do recipiente, a porção central pode ficar conectada ao recipiente para fechar novamente a abertura do recipiente. A porção central inclui uma porção de encaixe que se adapta ao interior da abertura para vedar novamente o recipiente, após a abertura inicial deste recipiente.
