Abstract
"ORIFìCIO DE INJEçãO CIRURGICAMENTE IMPLANTáVEL TENDO UM PRENDEDOR APERFEIçOADO". A presente invenção refere-se a um orifício de injeção cirúrgico implantável, tendo uma posição não disposta e uma posição disposta em que ele é preso ao tecido. O orifício inclui um alojamento tendo uma extremidade distal fechada, uma extremidade proximal aberta e um reservatório de fluido entre elas. O orifício ainda inclui um septo penetrável por agulha preso ao alojamento em torno da abertura. O orifício ainda inclui pelo menos um mecanismo de fixação montado no alojamento em um ponto pivó ao longo de uma periferia externa do alojamento. O mecanismo de fixação é um gancho arqueado articulável com relação ao alojamento, em que o gancho arqueado tendo um comprimento que se estende substancialmente maior do que 90<198> em torno do ponto pivó.
