Abstract

"TERMOPAR, USO DE UM TERMOPAR E DISPOSITIVO PARA TRATAR PRODUTOS ALIMENTìCIOS". Um termopar 10 compreende dois arames 14, 16 feitos de metais diferentes. Os arames 14, 16 se estendem em uma primeira direção. Em uma de suas extremidades 22, 24, os arames 14, 16 ficam em contato um com o outro e formam um ponto de medição 26. Para impedir que o sinal de medição sofra interferência, as extremidades 22 e 24 são dobradas em relação à dita primeira direção. Isto permite um arranjo do termopar 10 em que o ponto de medição 26 não fica localizado no ponto inferior do termopar.
