Abstract

"COMPOSTOS UREìDICOS, COMPOSIçõES FARMACêUTICAS CONTENDO OS MESMOS E SEU USO No TRATAMENTO DE DOENçAS INFLAMATóRIAS". A presente invenção relata derivados 6-N-alquil e/ou 6-N-aril ureias ¢1,3!dioxolo¢5,4-g!quinolina-7-carboxilato de etila funcionalizados (3a-z, 4a-z); e congêneres (5a-z), de fórmula geral (I, II, III e IV), úteis no tratamento e/ou prevenção de doenças de origem inflamatória, tais como quadros inflamatórios, propriamente ditos, agudos ou crónicos, diferentes tipos de artrite, asma, doença de Crohn e diabetes mellitus do tipo I, entre outras. Esses derivados possuem a capacidade de modular o processo inflamatório atuando em nível da proteína cinase ativada por mitógeno p-38 (MAPK-p38). Ademais, os derivados da presente invenção apresentam expressivas propriedades antiinflamatórias aferidas em modelos in vivo. The present invention discloses functionalized ethyl 6-N-alkyl and / or 6-N-aryl ureas ¢ 1,3-dioxolo ¢ 5,4-g-quinoline-7-carboxylate derivatives (3a-z, 4a-z); and congeners (5a-z) of general formula (I, II, III and IV), useful in the treatment and / or prevention of diseases of inflammatory origin, such as acute or chronic inflammatory conditions, different types of arthritis. , asthma, Crohn's disease and type I diabetes mellitus, among others. These derivatives have the ability to modulate the inflammatory process by acting at the level of the p-38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK-p38). Moreover, the derivatives of the present invention exhibit significant anti-inflammatory properties measured in in vivo models. The present invention also discloses processes for producing such derivatives and pharmaceutical compositions containing them.
