Abstract
"TAMPãO RECUPERáVEL AMORTECIDO E REFORçADO PARA POçOS ENTUBADOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um tampão recuperável amortecido e reforçado para poços entubados, para ser empregado em poços entubados de petróleo, água ou gás ou qualquer fluido semelhante, em operações de bombardeio convencional, bombardeio de alto impacto ou bombardeio com método TCP, do tipo que compreende uma válvula equalizadora corrediça automática montada sobre um corpo portador com anéis de vedação intercalados perimetralmente. Possui também uma trava de segurança para essa válvula, elementos de guarnição e dois jogos de grampos simples opostos com suporte que fixam esse tampão na tubulação, resultando em uma sujeição praticamente irremovível. Além disso, possui meios amortecedores que podem ser anéis de borracha ordenados de forma tal que permitem absorver a energia dos impactos resultantes dos métodos de bombardeio utilizados e, desse modo, evitar o rompimento das peças que compõem o tampão. Possui também um mandril rosqueado cuja rosca está reforçada para resistir às pressões e tem a forma de dente de serra para permitir o deslocamento sem giro de peças rosqueadas em um sentido e impedir esse deslocamento no sentido inverso.
