Abstract

"EQUIPAMENTO E PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE FARINHA DE SOJA". Descreve-se um equipamento e um processo para produção de farinha de soja mediante pulverização por impacto da soja num moinho de martelos constituído por barras rígidas (21) oscilantemente acopladas a um ou mais discos, a velocidade periférica de ditas barras sendo superior a 60 metros por segundo. O equipamento compreende uma peneira (25) rígida com aberturas de dimensão igual ou inferior a 15<109>m, posicionada internamente à carcaça do moinho entre a porção (20) contendo os martelos e o bocal de saída (26), este último estando ligado a um ventilador centrífugo (14) que aspira dita farinha de soja que é transportada pneumaticamente para um ciclone (17) onde ocorre a separação do sólido (pó) da corrente de ar, permitindo embalar o produto por meio de dispositivos conhecidos. A invenção proporciona resultados plenamente satisfatórios quando a matéria prima possui o mesmo teor de umidade - cerca de 13% - adotado para armazenagem da soja, permitindo dispensar o estágio de secagem prévia do produto, o que representa considerável economia de energia térmica comparado aos processos conhecidos. Ademais, a farinha de soja obtida pelo processo da invenção conserva o teor integral de óleo do grão in natura, possuindo, portanto, um valor alimentício mais elevado.
