Abstract
"MéTODO PARA MONTAR UMA FAIXA AJUSTáVEL". Método para montar um dispositivo ajustável de fluido, implantável por meio de cirurgia. O dispositivo tem uma parte inflável, flexível, impermeável a ar, substancialmente alongado, uma parte de faixa substancialmente inextensível e flexível, alongada, conectada à parte inflável, e um tubo de cateter em comunicação fluida com a parte inflável. O tubo de cateter tem uma extremidade distal conectada à parte inflável e uma extremidade proximal, aberta, que se estende a partir daí. O método envolve evacuar, substancialmente, a parte inflável dos fluidos e inserir um tampão removível na extremidade proximal, aberta, do tubo de cateter, de modo tal que impeça, substancialmente, a introdução de ar através da extremidade proximal.
