A estrutura metálica aplicada como suporte da alvenaria na construção de fornos para a carbonização da madeira, permite atender as necessidades da sua mudança para um outro local, com a possibilidade de desmontagem, deslocamento e a montagem da estrutura, resultando num ganho no tempo de edificação e nas despesas com materiais. A própria estrutura serve também como suporte das válvulas para circulação dos gases, permitindo que ocorra uma convecção natural dentro da tubulação, com reflexo direto na sua operacionalidade, resultando na aceleração do resfriamento do carvão e, conseqüentemente, trazendo economia para o processo. A estrutura metálica ainda permite as fixações de dutos das câmaras de combustão com tampa metálica e de válvulas para o controle da chaminé, possibilitando o controle das passagens de ar de maneira muito mais fácil, mais rápida e segura."OVEN BUILDING SYSTEM FOR WOOD CARBONIZATION PROCESS, USING METAL STRUCTURE AS A SUSTAINING BASIS". The metal structure applied as a support to the masonry in the construction of wood charcoal furnaces, allows to meet the needs of its move to another location, with the possibility of disassembly, displacement and assembly of the structure, resulting in a gain in building time and material expenses. The structure itself also serves as a support for the valves for gas circulation, allowing natural convection to occur inside the pipeline, with a direct reflection on its operation, resulting in the acceleration of coal cooling and, consequently, saving the process. The metal structure also allows the fixation of ducts of metal-capped combustion chambers and valves for chimney control, making it possible to control air passages much easier, faster and safer.
