Abstract

"APERFEIçOAMENTO EM CONJUNTO DE CRUZETA". O presente resumo refere-se a uma patente de invenção para conjunto de cruzeta, pertencente ao campo dos elementos de máquinas, particularmente das autopeças, que recebeu aperfeiçoamento para apresentar construção mais simples que a das cruzetas similares usuais, compreendida: por cruzeta propriamente dita (10); por castanhas (20), que ficam montadas nas extremidades dos eixos cardam (1) e (2) e que recebem respectivos braços (12) da cruzeta (10); por lubrificante (30); e por vedações (40); dita cruzeta compreendendo um sistema que inclui interfaces entre os braços (12) e as castanhas (20) sem rolamentos (fixas); e operação de distribuição de lubrificante realizada por ditas interfaces (12)-(20) sem rolamentos e que lubrifica as mesmas quando das oscilações entre os braços (12) e respectivas castanhas (20); dita interface entre um braço (12) e respectiva castanha (20) sem rolamentos (fixa) é compreendida, essencialmente: pela castanha (20) ter a superfície interna provida de nervuras (50) intercaladas por sulcos (51); e pelo braço de cruzeta (12) ser provido de superfície cilíndrica lisa (52) ou vice-versa; ditas nervuras (50) tangenciam a superfície lisa (52) em pontos de tangência (interface) (52)<39> e os sulcos (51) alojam porções do lubrificante (30), que contatam com setores (52)<39><39> da superfície (52) limitados entre os pontos de tangência (52)<39>.
