Abstract

"ENVELOPE CONJUGADO PARA RECAUCHUTAGEM DE PNEUS". Constituído basicamente de um corpo único, confeccionado partir de borracha vulcanizada e flexível, em dimensões compatíveis com o tipo de pneu a ser reformado, sendo dotado de uma bolsa central interna, com perfil idêntico à parte interna do pneu a ser reformado, tendo ainda dos frisos de apoio dos talões da carcaça do pneu, e capa protetora externa que se estende por todo o contorno do conjunto formado pela nova banda de rodagem a ser aderida e pela carcaça do pneu a ser reformado, transpassando na lateral a aba com friso de vedação, onde será realizada a vedação do envelope, sendo auxiliado pela retirada do ar, através da válvula instalada no envelope, e que será procedida por uma bomba de vácuo.
