Abstract

"COMPRESSOR HERMéTICO". A presente invenção refere-se a um compressor hermético capaz de reduzir a vibração e ruídos causados por um tubo capilar administrador de óleo durante a sua operação. O compressor hermético compreende uma caixa hermética, um bloco de cilindro para guiar o curso alternativo de um êmbolo, uma parte superior de cilindro acoplada com uma extremidade do bloco de cilindro, uma unidade de válvula prevista entre o bloco de cilindro e a parte superior de cilindro para controlar o fluxo de um refrigerante, um tubo capilar administrador de óleo tendo uma primeira extremidade imersa em um reservatório de óleo que é definido em uma região inferior da caixa hermética e uma segunda extremidade comunicante com o interior da parte superior do cilindro para administrar óleo à unidade de válvula, e uma unidade de fixação integralmente formada na parte superior do cilindro para fixar o tubo capilar administrador de óleo. Com esta configuração, o tubo capilar administrador de óleo é firmemente montado pela unidade de fixação durante a operação do compressor, resultando na redução de vibração e ruído.
