Abstract
"COMPOSTOS AZóIS USADOS COMO AGENTES TUBERCULOSTáTICOS E LEISHMANICIDAS, COMPOSIçõES FARMACêUTICAS CONTENDO OS MESMOS, USO DAS RESPECTIVAS COMPOSIçõES FARMACêUTICAS NO TRATAMENTO OU INIBIçãO DE DOENçAS, BEM COMO MéTODO DE TRATAMENTO OU INIBIçãO DE DOENçAS". A presente invenção se refe a novos compostos 1,2,3-triazólicos e imidazólicos incluídos nas famílias de compostos representados pela fórmula geral VIII. onde: X é um átomo de 'C' ou 'N' quando X é 'N' os radicais do anel triazólico são representados por: R~ 1~ = COR~ 2~, CSR~ 3~, CN (R~ 4~) R~ 5~ ou CF~ 2~R~ 6~; R~ 2~ = H, NHNH~ 2~, alquil, aril substituído ou não, OH, NR~ 7~R~ 8~ ou OR~ 9~ R~ 3~ = alquil ou aril substituído ou não R~ 4~= H, OH, alquil ou aril substituído ou não R~ 5~ = R~ 6~ = R~ 7~ = R~ 8~ = R~ 9~ = R~ 10~ = H, alquil ou aril substituído ou não quando X é 'C' os radicais do anel imidazólico são representados por: R~ 1~ = COR~ 2~ R~ 2~ = NHNH~ 2~, OH, OR~ 3~, ou NR~ 4~R~ 5~ R~ 3~ = alquil ou aril substituído ou não R~ 4~ = R~ 5~ = H, alquil ou aril substituído ou não R~ 10~ = NHR~ 6~ ou NR~ 6~R~ 7~ R~ 6~ = R~ 7~ = COR~ 8~ R8 = aril substituído ou não enquanto o radical R~ n~ pode estar localizado em qualquer um ou mais de um dos átomos de carbono do anel aromático, sendo que estes radicais podem ser iguais ou diferentes, representados por hidrogênio, grupos alquílicos com 1 ou mais átomos de carbono em cadeia linear ou ramificada, alquenos ou alquinos, hidroxila, hidroxialquil ou funções oxigenadas em sistemas acíclicos ou cíclicos formando anel heterocíclico, aminas livres ou substituídas, tioalquil, grupamentos doadores e/ou retiradores de elétrons ou halogênios, a-sim, 'n' pode variar de 1 a 5. A presente invenção também se refere a uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo, como princípio ativo, pelo menos um dos compostos azóis representado pela fórmula geral VIII, ao uso de tais composições e a um método de tratamento ou inibição de tuberculose e leishmanioses.
