Abstract
"SENSORES SEM FIO EM COBERTURAS DE ROLOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um rolo industrial inclui: um invólucro substancialmente cilíndrico tendo uma superfície externa; uma cobertura polimérica sobrepondo circunferencialmente a superfície externa do invólucro; e uma sistema sensor. O sistema sensor inclui: uma pluralidade de sensores embutidos na cobertura, cada sensor configurado para sentir um parâmetro de dado; e uma pluralidade de transceptores sem fio, cada transceptor conectado a um respectivo sensor e embutido na cobertura adjacente ao mesmo. Cada transceptor sem fio é configurado para transmitir sinais de dados do respectivo sensor. Método e sistemas relacionados também são discutidos.
