"ESQUEMA DE MARCA D<39>áGUA PARA VìDEO ANALóGICO". A marca de água de vídeo que é para ser transmitida na forma analógica é alcançada pelo processamento de uma versão digital do sinal analógico para acrescentar a cada um de pelo menos alguns dos componentes de crominância que são parte de um segmento de uma linha do vídeo que é utilizada para transportar, pelo menos em parte, um bit do dado adicional sendo impresso, o produto de: a) um valor de forma de onda antipodal periodicamente variante; b) um valor que é representativo do bit do dado de marca d<39>água adicional sendo impresso; e c) opcionalmente, um valor de ponderação representativo do negócio local da imagem no ponto em que o dado de marca d<39>água adicional está sendo acrescentado.
