Abstract
"VáLVULA PARA CONTROLAR UM FLUIDO PRESSURIZADO, CONJUNTO DE VáLVULA DIRETAMENTE OPERADO E MéTODO DE CONTROLAR AS FUNçõES DE UM CONJUNTO DE VáLVULA DIRETAMENTE OPERADO". Uma válvula de controle de fluido inclui um corpo de válvula munido de orifícios tanto de admissão como de descarga de fluido. Uma passagem de fluxo se estendendo axialmente no interior do corpo de válvula comunica-se com os orifícios de admissão e de descarga. Um membro de válvula de válvula no interior da passagem de fluxo é deslocável pela força de um servomotor em uma primeira direção para dirigir um fluido pressurizado do orifício de admissão para o orifício de descarga. O membro de válvula inclui primeiro e segundo cabeçotes de válvula dotados de diferentes diâmetros e um membro de assentamento de válvula. O membro de assentamento de válvula se engata com primeiro e segundo diâmetros de vedação da passagem de fluxo, o segundo diâmetro de vedação sendo menor que o primeiro. Pressão fluidica atuando sobre os diferentes diâmetros do primeiro cabeçote de válvula e o membro de assentamento de válvula em contato com o segundo diâmetro de válvula cria uma força de retorno resultante dirigindo o membro de válvula em uma segunda direção oposta à primeira direção mediante a remoção da força do servomotor.
