Abstract

"PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE éSTERES ALQUìLICOS DE áCIDO GRAXO E DE GLICEROL DE ELEVADA PUREZA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de produção de ésteres alquílicos de ácido graxo e de glicerol, compreendendo: - pelo menos uma etapa reacional na qual se coloca em contato uma carga que comporta um óleo vegetal e/ou animal e um álcool, em presença de um catalisador heterogêneo, de maneira a se obter um efluente que comporta pelo menos ésteres alquílicos, glicerol ou álcool; e pelo menos uma etapa de separação, quando na qual se faz uma separação de pelo menos uma parte do efluente, de maneira a separar um efluente rico em álcool e um efluente rico em ésteres alquílicos, pelo menos urna etapa de separação consiste em uma separação membranária que utiliza pelo menos uma membrana permeável ao álcool.
