Abstract
"INSTALAçãO DE FUNDIçãO DIRETA; DISPOSITIVO DE ALIMENTAçãO DE SóLIDOS PARA UM VASO DE FUNDAçãO DIRETA E PROCESSO DE FUNDIçãO DIRETA". A presente invenção divulga uma instalação de fundição direta que inclui um efetivo e confiável dispositivo de injeção de sólidos para a injeção de materiais de alimentação sólidos, particularmente, material carbonáceo, dentro de um vaso de fundição direta da referida instalação. O dispositivo de alimentação de sólidos é caracterizado pelo suprimento independente de material carbonáceo às lanças de injeção. O suprimento independente de material carbonáceo minimiza o possível impacto adverso de uma avaria que possa ocorrer em uma ou mais de uma lança ou uma avaria do dispositivo de injeção de material carbonáceo para as referidas lança ou lanças.
