Abstract
"MONTAGEM DE EIXO DE RODA COM MECANISMO DE AJUSTE DE MANCAL". A presente invenção refere-se a uma montagem de eixo de roda para um veículo a motor incluindo um alojamento de eixo de roda, uma montagem diferencial suportada no alojamento de eixo de roda com um mancal diferencial, uma inserção de mancal, uma luva de ajuste e um anel de travamento. A inserção de mancal é acoplada com o alojamento do eixo de roda. A luva de ajuste é rotativamente acoplada à inserção de mancal em uma posição pré-instalada. A luva de ajuste é adaptada para engatar o mancal de diferencial e conferir uma força de pré-carga no mesmo. O anel de travamento está disposto entre a inserção de mancal e a luva de ajuste em uma posição instalada. O anel de travamento impede o movimento relativo entre a inserção de mancal e a luva de ajuste desse modo mantendo uma pré-carga desejada no mancal de diferencial.
