Abstract

MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA CACHING DE ARQUIVOS REMOTOS LOCALMENTE Um método e sistema para caching objetos remotos localmente são providos. Uma solicitação para acessar um objeto é recebida. Uma determinação é feita quanto a se o objeto está em cache. Se o objeto está em cache e a solicitação não é para criar um novo objeto, modificar um objeto existente ou abrir um diretório, a solicitação é direcionada para um sistema de arquivo local. De outra forma, a solicitação é direcionada para um sistema de arquivo remoto. A informação sobre quais objetos são solicitados pode ser usada para copiar objetos armazenados remotamente em um servidor local como especificado por uma estratégia de caching
