A presente invenção refere-se a compostos preparáveis pela reação de silanos fluorados (A) R~ F~-CH~ 2~-CH~ 2~-SiX~ 3~(A) onde R~ F~ é um radical alquila total ou parcialmente fluorado, X é CI Ou O-C~ n~H~ 2n+1, e n um inteiro de 1 a 20, com um ou mais álcoois da fórmula (B) R(OH)~ m~(NH~ 2~)~ p~ (B) onde R é um radical orgânico contendo H e C e m e p são sujeito a qualquer condição a) m<242> 2 e p = 0, ou condição b) m<242> 1 e p<242>1.
