Abstract

PROCESSO CONSTRUTIVO DE ELEMENTOS APLICADOS EM SEGURANçA GRáFICA, mais precisamente a um processo gráfico de segurança (G) cujo sistema tecnológico, eletrónico ou não, é aplicado a documentos com impressão em suporte ou substrato, seja ele papel, plástico, metal, visual eletrónico, magnético, circuito impresso etc., permitindo um alto poder de dificuldades contra a delaminação, a reprodução de cópias por "scanners", por copiadoras, por processo fotomecânico e por outros sistemas de reprodução gráfica, a clonagem e o reaproveitamento de originais, em conseqüência da construção especifica do documento, por freqüência quando submetidas à emissão de ondas eletroeletrónica/eletromagnética, e por radiação de seus elementos de segurança gráfica, incorporado ou não à fabricação do papel, tais como tintas, pigmentos, corantes etc., reagentes à luz, ao calor, à química empregada em sua estrutura e ao atrito; caso qualquer documento que contenha o referido processo gráfico de segurança (G), venha a ser copiado em máquinas reprográficas ou capturados por scanners e reproduzidos em impressoras coloridas, os documentos obtidos passam a apresentam fortes desvios e refrações de cores e/ou fusão parcial das cores originais e visíveis com cores que eram imperceptíveis a olho nu, gerando cores e marcas completamente distintas daquelas depositadas no documento original, revelando a falsificação.
