Abstract

"PLACA PARA A MONTAGEM DE UM CONTêINER, CONTêINER, MéTODO PARA A MONTAGEM E FABRICAçãO DE UM CONTêINER". Placa para a montagem de um contêiner, placa essa que compreende uma face de suporte, uma primeira e uma segunda paredes, sendo que a primeira parede possui uma aba de canto que têm um corpo e uma porção terminal, e a porção terminal possui uma largura inferior à do corpo, sendo que o corpo está separado da porção terminal por um ressalto; a segunda parede possui um entalhe em uma borda adjacente à face de suporte, pelo qual a primeira parede pode ser rebatida de modo sensivelmente perpendicular à face de suporte e a aba de canto pode ser rebatida de modo que o ressalto fique retido no entalhe para manter a aba de canto no lugar. De preferência, o ressalto está adaptado para exercer uma força sobre uma borda do entalhe distal ao painel de suporte. Um contêiner formado a partir de uma placa é também revelado. A presente invenção trata ainda de um processo para a montagem de um contêiner que compreende as etapas de realizar uma placa; dobrando a aba de canto sobre o ressalto no entalhe; e rebatendo a segunda face lateral sobre a aba de canto.
