Abstract

"DECODIFICADOR AVANçADO VITERBI DE FAIXA LATERAL VESTIGIAL, MéTODO VITERBI PARA DECODIFICAR UM SìMBOLO DE ENTRADA EM UM RECEPTOR DE FATXA LATERAL VESTIGIAL, RECEPTOR DE FAIXA LATERAL VESTIGIAL E MéTODO PARA DECODIFICAR UM SINAL DIGITAL DE RADIOFUSãO". Compreende um receptor avançado de VSB inclui um sintonizador que sintoniza um sinal de RF e converte o sinal de RF em sinal de IF; um mixador de IF que converte o sinal de IF em um sinal de faixa de base e um demodulador que demodula o sinal de faixa de base para um sinal de VSB; o receptor avançado de VSB inclui ainda uma unidade de recuperação de mapa que recupera informações do mapa de VSB do sinal de VSB, um equalizador avançado que compensa a distorção de canal do sinal de VSB e dar como resultado um símbolo equalizado e um decodificador Viterbi avançado para estimar se a inversão de polaridade ocorreu durante um período símbolo do simbolo equalizado e decodificar à Viterbi o símbolo equalizado com base na estimativa de polaridade.
