Abstract

"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A VERIFICAçãO DA FORçA DE ADERêNCIA DE CAMADAS DESLIZANTES DE BUCHAS DE MANCAIS DE DESLIZE". A presente invenção refere-se a um método e um dispositivo (1) para a verificação da força de aderência de camadas de deslize (3) dispostas no lado interno de buchas de mancais de deslize (2). O método prevê que seja predefinida uma folga entre a bucha do mancal de deslize (2) a ser examinada e uma cavilha (5) rotativa ou oscilante que se estende através da bucha do mancal de deslize (2). Na fenda (8) entre a bucha do mancal de deslize e a cavilha é alimentado um meio líquido. A bucha do mancal de deslize (2) e a cavilha (5) são movidas uma em relação à outra, verticalmente ao eixo da bucha (9), durante um predeterminado tempo com uma fibra predefinida, de modo oscilante, uma contra a outra, e depois do teste de esforço, a bucha do mancal de deslize (2) é examinada quanto a danificações da camada de deslize (3). O respectivo dispositivo possui uma cavilha (5) que é apoiada com suas duas extremidades de modo girável em um assento de cavilha (20) e onde é disposto um primeiro dispositivo de acionamento (7). Também é previsto um assento de bucha (10) onde pode ser encaixada a bucha de mancal de deslize (2) a ser examinada com ajuste forçado, sendo que a cavilha (5) é apoiada na bucha do mancal de deslize (2) com uma folga predefinida. O dispositivo possui ainda elementos para a geração de um movimento relativo oscilante de assento de bucha (10) e assento de cavilha (20).
