Abstract

PROCESSO DE OBTENçãO DE COMPOSIçãO FITOTERáPICA ANTINEOPLáSICA A BASE DE EXTRATO VEGETAL DE BIDENS ALBA E COMPOSIçãO FITOTERáPICA ANTINEOPLáSICA A BASE DE EXTRATO VEGETAL DE BIDENS ALBA, compreende um novo extrato vegetal que possui atividade anti-neoplásica e seu processo de obtenção; o extrato vegetal, assim como suas frações, tem eficácia inibindo por citotoxicidade a as linhagens K562, HL60 e Nalm6 in-vitro, apresentando um efeito acentuado a medida que se aumenta sua concentração; a inibição da taxa de proliferação celular pela diminuição de captação de 3H-Timidina a medida que se aumenta sua concentração, demonstrando ação anti-proliferativa.
