Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA PROCESSAMENTO DE PRODUTOS EM UM VASO DE PROCESSO". Trata-se de um dispositivo para corte/cisalhamento, em um vaso de processo (1), de aglomerados de produto e/ou materiais (3) para obtenção de partículas de menores dimensões e para dispersar as mesmas em uma massa de produto líquido (4) ou para misturar entre si, no vaso de processo, produtos líquidos difíceis de misturar. O dispositivo possui um motor elétrico (13) disposto externamente com relação ao vaso de processo e, acionada pelo mesmo acionamento de magnetos, uma unidade de processamento (12) posicionada no interior do vaso de processo. A unidade de processamento compreende uma parte interna estacionária (14) e compreende, de forma passível de rotação em torno desta parte, uma parte externa (15), em que as partes interna e externa possuem o formato de anéis substancialmente concêntricos (16, 17) dispostos em um encaixe apertado entre si e possuindo uma pluralidade de recessos de cisalhamento de passagem em forma de fendas (18) em oposição mútua. Os produtos devendo ser cortados/despedaçados e/ou misturados podem ser fornecidos para a área do eixo geométrico central comum (20) dos anéis e são arremessados através dos recessos de cisalhamento enquanto são despedaçados de forma a abandonarem a unidade de processamento através do anel da parte externa, em que esse anel também contribui para a rotação dos produtos no vaso de processo em torno da unidade de processamento.
